The city of Jaipur has been an international hub for color stones for many decades now. But a relatively recent phenomenon has set into motion a tremendous and positive change in the world market which promises to put the city on the world map as the epicenter of production and trading of quality gems and jewellery .
The Jewelers Association Show 08 (JAS’08) is all set to an encore to the last year’s dazzling success. This time various features will make it an important international gems & jewellery fair. JAS’08 will be larger with more international participants. It will be better organized with much more vibrancy. The theme shall be “A Legacy of Colours”.
The Jewellers Association Jaipur has supported the jewellery industry in the city for over 80 years, will once again leverage JAS’08 to exploit the booming business opportunities in India and Abroad.
COMPETITION
The JAS’08 Jewellery Design Competition desires to show the new design possibilities in Diamond and Color Gem stones.
The Jeweller Association Jaipur is organizing the Jas 08 All India Jewellery Design Award. The aim of the competition is to promote Diamond and Color Gem stone jewellery for the National and International markets. The exhibited creations will receive the attention of professionals, general public and the media.
THEME
The theme of the competition is ‘A Legacy of Colours’.
