Who are the organizers of the fair?
Ans:- The JAS 08 is being organized by the Jewellers’ Association, Jaipur. The association, which represents over 2800 jewellers in the city, was constituted in 1927. It actively undertakes activities for the benefit of the jewellers of Jaipur, and the advancement of the industry as a whole.

Ans:- JAS 08 is being held at the Birla Auditorium and Convention Centre. The beautiful venue lies amidst lush greenery with the Statue Circle on one side, the new State Assembly on another and overlooks the Central Park. The area is right in the centre of the city, yet very peaceful, and a 15 minute drives from the airport.

Ans:- Marketing and promotional activities for the show have begun many months in advance. The JAS website has been up for months and the first issue of the Update was published in June. Ans:- The fashion shows are an exciting platform for jewellers and jewellery designers to present their latest and greatest creations. Besides, the gala star-studded evenings will also be and excellent opportunity for participants and visitors to network and interact. The theme for the fashion shows is ‘Sringaar’.
What are the important dates to remember for someone attending the show?
Ans:- Important Dates:
- The show will begin on 28th of August 2008 and continue till 31st August 2008.
- Stall erection on raw space starts at 10 am on 25th August 2008.
- Stall erection under the shell scheme starts at 10 am on 26th August 2008.
- All requirements for extra electrical fittings, extra display material and registration of agency for construction should be submitted by 26th August 2008.
What are the hours of the show?
Ans:- The show is open from 10 am to 7 pm all days. For business visitors Show is open exclusively between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Ans:- Jaipur's location makes it very convenient for people from almost all parts of the country to reach here. Jaipur is well connected to all the major cities, which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bangalore.
