RULES AND REGULATION

| • | Multiple entries are allowed. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry form ( Photocopy of the form is also accepted). |
| • | No Participation Fee |
| Judgement | |
| • | Judging criteria would be based on concept, aesthetics, and originality of the photograph. |
| Awards | |
| 1. | From each category 2 photographs will be selected for award other than few consolation prizes. |
| 2. | Certificate and trophies will be given to each winner. |
| Terms & Conditions | |
| 1. | The contest entry form can be filled online. Click here to Apply. |
| 2. | Last date of submitting the application forms and photographs is 25th of August 2008. |
| 3. | The entry should consist of : (a) Application Form (Registration Form). (b) Photo in 8”x12” size. (c) CD of photograph in minimum 300 DPI & high resolution image. |

All applicants would need to submit two passport size photographs of their own. Each photograph should have the finalists name on reverse on a sticker. |
| 5. | Winners would be informed by email and telephone. |
| 6. | The entries for JAS’08 Photography Competition should not have been submitted for any other photography competition and should not have been used for publication in any manner. |
| 7. | Photographer should not have any signatures, identification marks or notes on the photograph. |
| 8. |
These photographs should be sent to photography competition, JAS’08, Jewellers Association, 252, Johari Bazar, Jaipur. |
| 9. | The selected photographs will be shown at the JAS’08 venue and out of these 2 photographs will be awarded in each category. |
| 10. |
Decision of the judges’ panel will be final & binding. |
| 11. |
JAS will have sole propriety right on all the entries received for JAS photography competition. These photographs can be used by JAS for publication or otherwise. |

It is mandatory for all winners to attend the function personally at their own expenses. |
| 13. |
All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only. |
